Returns Policy

We understand that even though we strive to provide a quality product and service for you, sometimes things do go wrong. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us first so that we may sort out the problem.*

If you need to return the dress, please follow these steps.

  • 1. You must contact us within 3 Days (72hours) of recieving your dress(es). Please state the problem/reason for the requested return.
  • 2. If a solution cannot be found,and you are advised to return the item, a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will be issues, please mark this number on return packaging. Also include a note with your name, address and email in the package. The item(s) must then be postmarked back to us within 7 days from receipt of the RMA# being received. We highly recommend that you insure your package; Donna-Bella is not responsible if the returned items does not arrive back to us.
  • 3. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.
  • 4. Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
  • 5. A refund will only be issued after receipt of the returned goods.

* For quality, damage issues, we may request photos to be sent, we will attempt to rectify, but if not we will facilitate with a replacment or give full credit/refund to sort the problem.

If the reason is due to a size issue (wrong size ordered) we will charge US$6-US$12 service fee plus postage if the dress is required to be returned for exchange.
